VICO FORGE PRIVATE LIMITED was established in the year 1982 at Vapi and started commercial production of Closed Die Forging for TRACTOR and AUTO INDUSTRY.

Since then, VICO FORGE has grown many fold and have specialized in the manufacturing of critical forging components like FORKS, STEERING KNUCKLES, CONNECTING RODS, CAPS, etc.

The manufacturing facilities at VICO FORGE include one each of 1600 Ton Forging Press, 0.75 Ton, 1.0 Ton, 1.25 Ton, 1.5 Ton, & 3.0 Ton Hammer. This facility is adequately supported by modern Die-Shop, state-of-art Heat Treatment plant, well equipped finish production that includes specially manufactured Shot Peening Machine for Connecting Rods.

In Addition to this, Metallurgical Laboratory, Inspection Equipments, Toolings and Die Design Sections give vital input to maintain the excellent quality of the product.

Last but not the least, is the trained, skilled and dedicated work force that forms the back-bone of the Quality System.
