Laboratory:
Well equipped with facility to inspect incoming materials, components metallurgically, chemically and physically.
RAW MATERIAL STORAGE YARD:
To store the raw materials of different grades and sections with proper identification marks on them.
DIE –SHOP :
With full facility to prepare dies and tooling of even critical shapes and specifications.
VMC SHOP :
WE HAVE FIVE MACHINCE TO PRODUCE DIE .
DESIGN OFFICE:
To design the tooling and prepare drawings of components and tooling with the help of CADCAM.
RAW MATERIAL CUTTING SHOP:
Our Hacksaws / Bandsaws and Shearing Presses are capable of cutting material up to 100 mm RCS at our unit.
FORGE SHOP:
1.00 ton,1.50 ton and 3.00 ton hammers and 1600 Ton Russian make forging press are installed and utilized for production of forging components.
Oil fired pusher type continuous furnaces are used for normalizing, Polymer and Water quenching bath for hardening and Oil fired air circulating fan, pusher type furnace for temparing being used. Facilities for checking BHN hardness and micro structure are aslo available.
SHOT BLASTING:
At present we have 2 Shot Blasting Machine (One Twin Table & other Horizontal Drum type)
FINISH PRODUCTION :
A number of bench Grinders, Belt Grinders, Disc Grinders and Flexible Grinders are available to grind the forging.
MAGNAFLUX INSPECTION (Magnetic crack Detector) :
We have 4 nos. of units for detect surface crack of forging components.
INSPECTION & QUALITY ASSURANCE :
Stage inspection is being carried out at every stage of production of dies, tooling, forging production and processing. Process sheets and check sheets are also provided at various stages to achieve proper quality of products. Sampling inspection and lot inspection is also carried out to assure quality.

STORES :
Ample open and covered area is provided to store the forged components and stores materials. Scrap open yard and die yard also available. Movement of material from Raw Material to forged components; green forging, heat-treated and finished goods are arranged in such a way that mixing up cannot take place in any stage. Bins are provided for cut pieces and forged components for proper identification.
RECORDS :
At every stage of production from receipt of raw material to finished products. Dies preparations to die conditioning after run of production are being recorded. Heat codes are also provided to material of different heats, colour identification also done to separate the lots to avoid mixing up.
DISPATCH:
Dimensional Inspection and Metallurgical Inspection reports are prepared before the parts are dispatched. Quality Assurance certifies the materials being dispatched after assuring the quality of components.
