Heat treatment of forgings is done in-house, using continuous heat treatment furnaces. Forgings are normalized or hardened & tempered as per customer's requirements. Total installed capacity: 2000 metric tons per month. Numerous mistake proofing systems are installed for in process quality control.

We established the processes of controlled cooling through forging heat for micro-alloyed steels with great success. We have also established controlled cooling for connecting rods made by Fracture-Split technology.

Certain forged components have to be subjected to heat treatment to achieve the required specifications. Our heat treatment facilities, which include various types of furnaces such as pusher type furnace, top loader furnace and roller hearth furnace, are made by Aichlin.
