Delivery Schedules are received from our customers 1 month in advance. Programmes are made for the Raw Material, Furnace Material, Furnace Oil required, Dies & Tools preparations and forging production, processing, etc. in advance so that the components can be finished before the scheduled dates and delivered to customers.

Weekly programs are made and distributed to respective departments to obtain production on time.

• Dies & Tooling programs for preparation in advance to obtain Dies and Tooling before the same to be taken for production.
• Raw Material cutting program to obtain cut pieces of required size from the grade of steels required to forge.
• Forging production program for respective forging hammer for required items to be forged.
• Heat-Treatment program to process the components.
• Shot blasting program after the heat-treatment.
• Shot Peening; modified form of Shot Blasting to increase the fatigue strength (if asked by the customer)
• Production and dispatch required for different components with expected date of dispatch required.

Arrangements are made by Works Manager, Dy. Works Manager, Production Manager, In-charge Production, Metallurgist, In-charge Q.A. and Shop Floor Supervisors/Inspectors to obtain the production with required quality on targeted dates. Care is taken to obtain the finished components ready before the scheduled dates of deliveries.
